Salient features of the short course

1. Men and women above 18 years are eligible to undergo the course. Members vaccinated in both doses against the COVID-19 pandemic, must wear a face mask, place a yoga mat and keep social distance.

2. During Training in person there will be a brief explanation of the psychological and physiological implications of Asanas.

3. Yoga exercises may be practiced either morning or evening 2 hours after a heavy meal.

4. At each stage, we follow Yoga Sutras (Principles) to maintain Patanjali yogic philosophy to derive maximum benefits. 

5. Matters regarding food, bath, place, breathing, and habits, in general,  will be explained during the course. 

6. There is no harm in practicing yoga in the morning and vigorous physical exercises, running,     games in the evening, or vice-versa.

7. Under no circumstances should the exercises lead to more than one hour. The student should come out of practice fully refreshed.

8. Use a carpet or a bedsheet sufficient enough to accommodate the length and breadth of an individual. - After completing the short yoga course one can practice daily at their place as part of their lifestyle.  

9. Many believe yoga means Asanas performed in aerobic mode is not correct. But it is     

    practical science with greater depth. Must practice with conviction, confidence, and self-discipline. Once you get into the habit, it will bring holistic healing.
