Our Hatha yoga clinic organizes six days short course. Each session with one hour duration as mentioned under objectives. Men and women 18 years above are eligible to attend the course at the office or on request at their residence. Employee's well-being at the workplace. We use some Hatha yoga practices like Asanas, Pranayama, Meditation, Kapalabhati, Yoga Mudra, Naturopathy, and Swedish Massage to treat different ailments as part of our services.
